Phys. Rev. E 112, 015104 (2025) - Published 22 July, 2025

By combining two approaches, the shell magnetohydrodynamic model and the Kazantsev-Kraichnan formulation, the authors advance the theory of the turbulent kinetic dynamo, obtaining results of interest for plasma physics, hydrodynamics, astrophysics, and turbulence theory.

Phys. Rev. E 112, 014121 (2025) - Published 21 July, 2025

The author studies size-invariant shape transformations and demonstrates that quantum shape effects exist even in two-level systems. These transformations lead to asymmetric level coupling in two-level and in multilevel systems, such that ground and excited states respond in opposite ways to changes in a shape parameter.

Phys. Rev. E 112, 015416 (2025) - Published 18 July, 2025

In this work, the authors investigate the twisting and bundle formation of parallel filaments mounted onto two circular clamps. The geometry of the assembly and the bundle’s mechanical response to the applied twist are analyzed by means of optical and x-ray measurements, and complemented with an elastogeometric model, shedding light on the complexity of filament bundling.
