Phys. Rev. Research 7, L042070 (2025) - Published 30 December, 2025

A thermodynamically consistent reaction-diffusion model is developed to quantify the energy input required for forming Turing patterns. Repulsive activator-inhibitor interactions are shown to lower the required energy input.

Phys. Rev. Research 7, L042069 (2025) - Published 29 December, 2025

Just as for atomic scattering lengths, molecular scattering lengths are shown to be effectively controlled and tuned near a Feshbach resonance of bosonic atoms. Universal analytical expressions for these scattering lengths are obtained and used to characterize the phase stability of a molecular Bose–Einstein condensate near the resonance.

Phys. Rev. Research 7, L042068 (2025) - Published 26 December, 2025

A unified framework for boson sampling is presented that merges photonic and Gaussian resources into a single protocol. The work develops an analytical toolbox, a complexity benchmark, and an entanglement certifier to characterize its performance.

Characterizing correlated noise with single-qubit operations

Balázs Gulácsi, Joris Kattemölle, and Guido Burkard

Phys. Rev. Research 7, L042067 (2025) - Published 26 December, 2025

Spatially correlated noise affects multiple qubits simultaneously, which is particularly harmful for quantum computation. This work refines standard single-qubit spectroscopy techniques to bound and quantify spatially correlated relaxation and dephasing.
