In this paper, the authors propose a new method to search for ultralight dark matter using paired detectors and vibrational spectroscopy. Molecular vibrational transition frequencies are particularly sensitive to variations in the nucleon mass induced by dark matter interactions. Additionally, cross-correlating the signals from both detectors improves the search for such dark matter candidates. These improvements result in significantly improved limits on the interaction of scalar dark matter with nucleons.
