Most APS journals require a subscription. Browsing tables of contents and abstracts and searching are free. The journals Physical Review X, PRX Energy, PRX Quantum, Physical Review Research, Physical Review Accelerators and Beams, and Physical Review Physics Education Research are Open Access journals and do not require a subscription.
The annual subscription rates for APS members can be found at https://www.aps.org/membership/journal-benefits-members. This fee is in addition to membership dues. To subscribe to a journal or PROLA, log in to your myAPS account and select “My Journal Subscriptions”. If you would like your institution to subscribe to an APS journal, please have your librarian contact APS Customer Care at customercare@aps.org.
