We develop a thermodynamic framework for dynamical thin-shell wormholes consistent with the exact junction conservation law. In a general static spherical bulk, energy transfer to the moving shell is determined by the redshift gradients and vanishes in the transparent, one-function geometry. Reversible transparent evolution conserves the shell entropy, whereas nontransparent evolution obeys a geometric energy balance whose division into heat and work depends on the thermodynamic state space. We distinguish the shell temperature from its acceleration scale, formulate intrinsic stability conditions, and establish the compatibility requirements for scalar-field and radiative flux models. The results identify the thermodynamic conclusions supported by junction dynamics and the additional assumptions needed for heat exchange and entropy production.
