Abstract
Out-of-time ordered correlators have been extensively studied in recent years in a wide variety of systems. In this paper, the formalism for calculating out-of-time ordered correlators is presented for -pseudo Hermitian systems, incorporating the modified inner product structure. Two varieties of -pseudo Hermitian models, namely Hatano-Nelson-type models and generalized Swanson models, have been considered. A number of polynomial potentials are analyzed by analytical and numerical methods. Similarities and differences with the relevant literature for Hermitian systems are pointed out along with the constraints the non-Hermitian nature of the system imposes on the results.
