Abstract

We propose a common explanation of (a) the $K_{L}^{0} \to μ^{+} μ^{-}$ puzzle, (b) $CP$ nonconservation, and (c) the cosmic-ray muon anomaly of Utah. The model involves a pair of neutral bosons with pairwise strong interactions with known hadrons. Experimental implications are discussed.
