PRX Life’s Special Collection on Machine Learning in Structural Biology showcases cutting-edge research where machine learning intersects with structural biology. The collection is open to everyone and PRX Life is waiving article publication charges for all accepted manuscripts. Submissions are due by June 1, 2024.
Submissions will be considered now through June 1, 2024. Accepted manuscripts will be published on a rolling basis.

If you were a participant of the Machine Learning in Structural Biology workshop at the 2023 NeurIPS, then also include your paper ID number in your cover letter to ensure that your submission is directed appropriately.
What to submit: PRX Life invites manuscripts that leave a lasting impact at the crossroads of machine learning and structural biology. Topics could include complexes and dynamics, prediction of biomolecular structures, generative structure design, and more.
PRX Life accepts manuscripts in any format and length for the initial evaluation. However, providing the source files (TeX or Word), figures, and titles in the references is helpful.
If you are submitting your manuscript from the Machine Learning in Structural Biology workshop at the 2023 NeurIPS, please include any reviews from the workshop and your responses to them in your cover letter.
