    Abstract

The 1/2− resonances in C13 are investigated to search for the Hoyle-analog state. In order to treat the resonances located around the 3α+n threshold, the analytic continuation in the coupling constant has been combined with the real-time evolution method. We show that the observed 1/2− resonances are mainly p3/2-dominant states such as the Be9(3/2−)+α channel, and no Hoyle-analog C12(02+)+p1/2 state exists below 10 MeV.
