Abstract
This study systematically investigates the influence of nuclear clustering on transport properties using an extended quantum molecular dynamics model for the and collision systems. The results show that different -cluster configurations of lead to differences in the extracted system temperature and density , with a tendency toward the ordering tetrahedral square kite chain. The sensitivity to the initial configurations is reduced in the heavier system. The dependence of the shear viscosity and the viscosity-to-entropy density ratio on the initial -cluster structure is weaker, owing to the fact that and reflect the combined contributions of both temperature and density .
