The results of a study of ${\rm{Fe}}_{1-x}{\rm{Co}}_x{\rm{Ge}}$ compounds using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy on the nuclei of $\rm ^{57}Fe$ and $\rm ^{59}Co$ in helical spin ordered state are represented in this paper. It was established that cobalt atoms are randomly distributed within the crystal structure of ${\rm{Fe}}_{1-x}{\rm{Co}}_x{\rm{Ge}}$. The hyperfine fields and magnetic moments for iron and cobalt atoms were determined at a temperature of ~K. The average Fe magnetic moment decreases from 0.9~$\mu_{\rm B}$ (for ) to 0.85~$\mu_{\rm B}$ (for ), whereas the Co magnetic moment is of about zero. It is shown that the hyperfine fields induced at the Co nuclei by Fe atoms arise from the strong hybridization of the Fe and Co orbitals.
