We investigate the angular evolution of the anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC) in coplanar canted and collinear antiferromagnets. We construct a minimal model with three orbitals by starting from a magnetic ion network with the higher symmetry of a body centered tetragonal lattice and then imposing the target nonsymmorphic symmetry of the rutile altermagnetic lattice. In the chosen basis, the nearest and next nearest neighbor hoppings retain the parent symmetry, whereas a sublattice dependent contrast between third neighbor hopping amplitudes is the first term that lowers the hopping symmetry to the target rutile group. The resulting model preserves the target symmetry and produces the characteristic -wave altermagnetic spin splitting. It is a symmetry preserving phenomenological model rather than a complete orbital description of a specific compound. Combining spin space group (SSG) analysis with an expansion in spin orientation vectors, we separate the anomalous Hall effect induced by the net magnetization (AHE) from the crystal Hall effect (CHE). The expansion predicts sine and cosine harmonic sectors for the AHE and CHE, respectively. We further identify a operation that connects distinct magnetic configurations and imposes a complementary angle relation between orthogonal Hall conductivity components. These angular constraints are independent of the three orbital truncation and are verified using a Wannier Hamiltonian derived from first principles for NiF. The predicted harmonic sectors and complementary angle relation provide experimentally testable signatures in angular Hall measurements.
