    Abstract

Dissipative systems can exhibit a variety of behavioral modes, ranging from complex deterministic chaos to the spontaneous emergence of ordered structures. A simple example of the latter is Benard cells. More complex examples include lasers, droplet clusters, the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, and biological life. Of particular interest in the context of the formation of dissipative structures are bistable systems with spin crossover. This paper discusses the possibility of observing self-oscillations of magnetization in magnetically ordered systems with spin crossover. The results of theoretical calculations of the nonlinear dynamics of bistable magnetic systems under nonequilibrium conditions are presented.
