Abstract
We study theoretically the impact of disorder on magnon properties and thermal Hall transport in a two-dimensional honeycomb ferromagnet with sublattice-inequivalent Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions. Using the Holstein-Primakoff transformation and the -matrix approximation, we compute disorder-averaged Green's functions, spectral functions, and the thermal Hall conductivity . Disorder scattering induces sublattice-selective resonant states and midgap states inside the magnon gap. At low temperatures, exhibits a sign reversal that is enhanced by increasing disorder concentration and sublattice occupation asymmetry, originating from the self-energy induced spectral broadening of the magnon bands.
