Single-phase epitaxial films of ${\mathrm{Tb}}_{1\mathrm{-}\mathit{x}}$${\mathrm{Pr}}_{\mathit{x}}$${\mathrm{Ba}}_2$${\mathrm{Cu}}_3$${\mathrm{O}}_{7\mathrm{-}\mathrm{\delta }}$ with 0.3≤x≤0.6 were grown by laser ablation deposition from multiphase ceramic targets of similar nominal compositions. The ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}}$ for x≤0.5 are higher than those interpolated from an (empirical) relation between ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}}$(x) and the ionic radius of R (rare earth or Y) in ${\mathrm{R}}_{1\mathrm{-}\mathit{x}}$${\mathrm{Pr}}_{\mathit{x}}$${\mathrm{Ba}}_2$${\mathrm{Cu}}_3$${\mathrm{O}}_{7\mathrm{-}\mathrm{\delta }}$.
