Abstract
We theoretically investigate transport affected by cavity-mediated electron hopping in multiterminal quantum Hall bars, quantum point contacts, and Aharonov-Bohm interferometers. Beyond determining conductances and resistances, we analyze spatially resolved current distributions and local densities of states. Our study reveals how cavity-mediated interedge scattering impacts quantum magnetotransport in finite-size systems and how the cavity-mediated hopping significantly alters electron quantum interference effects.
