Phys. Rev. A 111, 053302 (2025) - Published 5 May, 2025

The authors theoretically study superfluid drag in the two-component hard-core Bose-Hubbard model, analyzing how the hard-core constraints correlate particle motion. They derive analytical results in the jamming limit of vanishing hole density and use complementary numerical techniques to study finite hole densities in two-dimensional lattices.

Erasing imaginarity: An operational method

Xian Shi

Phys. Rev. A 111, L050401 (2025) - Published 5 May, 2025

The author addresses an approach to quantify the imaginarity of a quantum state by the amount of noise required to destroy it, and shows that this quantity is equal to the regularized relative entropy of imaginarity of the state.

Antihydrogen chemistry

Mark C. Zammit, Christopher J. Baker, Svante Jonsell, Stefan Eriksson, and Michael Charlton

Phys. Rev. A 111, 050101 (2025) - Published 2 May, 2025

Motivated by the accumulation of trapped antihydrogen at densities like those pertaining to the epoch of hydrogen chemistry, the authors present what is known about hydrogen that is relevant to antimatter. They indicate which processes might aid in pursuing the creation of new types of antimatter, such as antihydrogen atoms and anionic, cationic, and molecular species.
