Abstract
Nondecoupling effects related to a large affecting nonoblique radiative corrections in vertices and boxes ( - mixing and ) are sensitive to the mechanism of spontaneous symmetry breaking. In the framework of the effective chiral electroweak standard model there is only one operator which modifies the longitudinal part of the boson without touching the oblique corrections. This operator affects the vertex, the - mixing, and the -violating parameter , generating interesting correlations among the hard corrections to these observables.
