    Abstract

A reply to the comment on nonstatistical excited-state populations in Boron 10 reactions is given. The rotational effect may enhance the population of high-spin states of the emitted fragments is considered, along with the exponential nondependence of the level density of a finite nonrotation system on the excitation energy.
