We welcome Doerte Blume (Washington State University), who joins the editorial staff of Physical Review A as a remote Associate Editor.
Doerte obtained her Ph.D. in 1998 from the Georg-August University in Göttingen, Germany. Following postdoctoral work at JILA, Boulder, she moved to Washington State University in 2001 where she was granted tenure in 2006 and is now a full professor. Doerte’s research interests are in the area of cold atoms and few-body physics. She will be handling part of the “Matter waves and collective properties of cold atoms and molecules” section of the journal.
