Aonan is a UKRI Guarantee Marie Curie Fellow in the Department of Physics at University of Oxford. He obtained his Ph.D. from Nanjing University, and then worked as a research associate at Imperial College London (2022-2024). His research interests span photonic quantum information, quantum machine learning and quantum metrology, particularly at the interface of quantum physics, optics, and information science.
