Multiphoton blockade (MPB) provides a versatile mechanism for generating nonclassical light with controllable photon statistics. Here, we propose a rotation-controlled scheme for realizing nonreciprocal MPB and tunable photon-number filtering in a Kerr nonlinear resonator driven by a frequency-matched multitone field. The rotation-induced Sagnac–Fizeau shift determines how far sequential resonant excitation can proceed along the anharmonic Fock-state ladder under a fixed multitone drive, thereby providing a mechanical means of controlling Fock-space accessibility. Consequently, under the same multitone driving configuration, opposite propagation directions access different depths of the excitation ladder, giving rise to distinct blockade orders. Moreover, for a fixed input direction, varying the signed angular velocity changes the accessible depth of the sequential excitation chain and thereby switches the photon-number cutoff without changing the multitone frequencies. We explicitly characterize this filtering functionality in the output field using input–output theory and number-resolved photon-counting statistics, obtaining filtering efficiencies of approximately , , and for the three-, two-, and single-photon cutoffs, respectively. These results establish a systematic route to direction-dependent and rotation-reconfigurable control of multiphoton quantum states, with potential applications in nonreciprocal quantum light sources and photon-number-selective quantum photonic devices.
