    Abstract

The energy dependence of the beta-gamma directional correlation of Rb84 and Rb86 were measured. The results are α=0.084±0.015 and β=0.020±0.012 for Rb86 and α=0.038±0.012 and β=0.009±0.009 for Rb84 when the directional-correlation function is written in the form N(W,θ)=1+(p2W)(α+Wβ)P2(θ). The angular dependence of the circular polarization of Rb86 was also measured. The results show that there is a large P3(θ) contribution to the circular-polarization correlation.
