An upper limit of 0.16% (one standard deviation) is placed on the -ray branching ratio for the transition from the level at 9338 ± 2 keV in to the first excited level at 1083 keV. A new determination of for the level gives 0.24 eV. The upper limit for the transition is shown to be consistent with shell-model estimates of isospin mixing.
